Many of us started eating healthier, exercising more, reducing stress and taking supplements to boost immunity during this pandemic. Please continue these habits even if you are fully vaccinated. Viruses are here to stay and it is being said that variants are on the increase. These choices you have made should be lifetime choices! Continue or add these super foods in your diet: Citrus fruits and leafy greens, red peppers, broccoli, mushrooms garlic, almonds and sunflower seeds, ginger, pomegranates and berries.
