The Witching Hour

Oh how I wish I could get the ideal six to eight hours of uninterrupted quality sleep. This eludes me every night. I used to think getting a full nights sleep was for children. I never seemed to make it to bed in a manner that would allow for this amount of sleep and I did not have a problem with that. Now that I know the restorative nature of sleep I make it to bed earlier but I always wake up after about four hours. I have tried various herbal teas and supplements, meditation (somewhat), and sleep music realizing that these mainly help to fall asleep. Uninterrupted quality sleep is now a priority for me and my goal is to get there sooner than later.
